Ingredients : Wheat flour, eggs, water, salt, potatoes, onions, salt Cooking method: 1.Pour 1-1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and put it on high heat. 2.After the water boils, add salt (on average, half a teaspoon of salt per 1-1.5 liter of water). 3. Place frozen dumplings in boiling water and stir gently so that they do not stick to each other and do not stick to the walls and bottom of the pan. 4. After the water boils again, reduce the heat so that the water does not boil too much and cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes, while remembering to stir them with a spoon every 2-3 minutes. 5. At the end of cooking, check the dumplings for readiness and immediately place them on plates (if left in water, they will swell greatly and begin to disintegrate).
