Caravella Dumplings with curd 500 g

Wheat flour, eggs, water, salt, homemade cottage cheese, salt, shock freezing.

Hearty dumplings, handmade from delicate dough, prepared according to a classic recipe.

The soft curd filling that fills the dumplings has a delicate aroma. Serve hot dumplings with sour cream, berry or caramel syrup.

Cooking method:

1.Pour 1-1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and put it on high heat.

2.After the water boils, add salt (on average half a teaspoon of salt per 1 liter of water) and seasonings as desired.

3. Place frozen dumplings in boiling water and stir gently so that the dumplings do not stick to each other and do not stick to the walls and bottom of the pan.

4. After the water boils again, reduce the heat so that the water does not boil too much and cook the dumplings for 7-10 minutes, while remembering to stir them with a spoon every 2-3 minutes.

5. At the end of cooking, check the dumplings for readiness and immediately place them on plates (if left in water, they will swell greatly and begin to fall apart). If desired, add butter or syrup to the finished dumplings.
