Lebanese Meat Sambosik

Sambusek (sambusik, sambusak) are Lebanese fried beef patties.

They are similar to chebureks in terms of cooking and are usually cooked with ground beef or minced lamb. You can also make sambusek with cheese, spinach or pumpkin.

Sambusek is served as an appetizer or as a mezze. Traditionally, it is deep fried, but it can also be made in the oven.
