Mustard is being grown in India since the very early ages. Rapeseeds are termed as Sarson, Torrai or Lahi and mustard is termed as Rai or Laha. Its used as condiments in preparation of pickles and for flavoring curries and vegetables. The oil is used as the main medium for cooking throuout northern India, also in hair oils and medicines. The raw Mustard used in the making of our oil are sourced the local farmers of North-West India, promoting our mission of organic farming around India, while the age-old Kolhu-ka-bail Technique is used to obtain the coldpressed oil.
