In making cubed White Cheese 45% i.d.m. in fine vegetable oil with herbs and olives, we use only 100% cowʼs milk delivered fresh daily from our dairy farmers. Make your salad special or top your pizza with it – delicious!  The GAZİ cheese cubes can be garnished over your salad to improve its taste. It can also be added to your homemade curry to enhance its creamy and dense texture. It’s amazing how much you can do with GAZİ products! They are just so versatile!
