FISSMAN presents a traditional Serbian hatchet knife made according to the ancient forging technique of knives, whose homeland is the Balkan Peninsula.The basis of the design is the San Mai steel pie, the core of which is made of hard high-carbon Japanese AUS-8 steel, surrounded by softer layers for greater strength and blade durability. Ergonomic handle made of premium G-10 material is equipped with three rivets and provides a comfortable and secure grip. The Serbian knife comes with the original leather sheath to protect the blade. The sheath can be attached to a belt for easy carrying when working outdoors. Ideal for chopping and cutting meat, bones, steaks, fish, vegetables and fruits. To extend the life of the hatchet, it should be washed by hand. To prevent discoloration of the blade, wash the hatchet immediately after use. Food particles will not dry and it will be easier to clean. Work with the hatchet only with dry hands, otherwise you may hurt yourself on the blade. To keep your blade perfectly sharp use the special tools and appliances from FISSMAN (sharpening stones). High carbon steel - do not leave it wet for too long! We recommend using a sharpening stone for sharpening. After sharpening, rinse with water and wipe dry immediately with a clean cloth. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
