Our Lemon \& Lime Energy Gel has been designed to provide quick release energy during exercise. It also contains electrolytes to help replace the salts lost during sweating. One gel provides you with 20g of carbohydrates, enough energy for 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise. We have also designed a dual delivery system for our energy gels. You can tear to gulp the gel, or tear to sip. The natural lemon \& lime flavour, containing real fruit juice concentrate and also provides a refreshing fruity taste in an easy to consume, almost liquid-like consistency. Every batch of this product is tested for banned substances under the Informed Sport programme.
