Organic coconut sugar has a delicious toffee-like flavour with a slight hint of coconut and can be substituted for other sugars 1:1 in baking. It can also be used in place of honey or agave in recipes, desserts, coffee and tea. No GMO. Unbleached and unrefined. No added colours, flavours or preservatives. No anti-caking agents.
