Lebanese Cherry Jam

Jams are ideal for open and closed pies, for puff pastry, as a filling for pancakes, frozen semi-finished products (dumplings). Thermostable jams do not leak out, do not spread during baking, retain all taste qualities, and are resistant to freezing and thawing. The jam is made from natural berries/ fruits. It goes well with toasts, pancakes and porridge.
