Lebanese Cheese rolls

Lebanese Cheese Rolls is a Lebanese snack served in most restaurants in the Middle East.

It consists of rolls of phyllo dough, which are filled with akavi cheese and fried in oil until golden brown.

Phyllo pastry stuffed with akawi cheese, mozzarella and herbs, fry directly from freezer in hot oil.
