It has a special self-closing valve, so you dont have to worry about air or helium escaping from the balloon when inflating it. So you dont have to use any string to close the valve. When inflating a balloon with air, you can use a hand pump or a professional electric pump that contains a special valve for foil balloons, or an ordinary straw that you carefully insert into the inflation valve and blow. A balloon inflated with air does not fly!
