The FISSMAN's poultry shears made from stainless steel 3Cr13, which was worked out by Asian technologists. The basis for the modified product was steel grade 440A. Metalurgists succeeded in obtaining a material excellent with performance characteristics. Cutting properties of 3Cr13 steel are not inferior to steel 420J2.
