For our Tarla jams, all fruits are picked when they are ripe and the best ones are selected. Jam is made from fresh fruit at any time of the year. All products are manufactured by food industry engineers and technicians using the most modern technologies, without disturbing traditional structures. All products are cooked in vacuum pans at a maximum temperature of 60 degrees, preserving their color, taste and aroma as much as possible. Green peas, peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, various pickles, vegetable food and compotes and jams made with fruits collected from orchards of different zones of Azerbaijan have gained the love and trust of consumers in a short period of time. Ingredients: quince, granulated sugar, pasteurized water, citric acid (E330).
