The care of the mold is simple: before the first use, wash it in warm soapy water, then use only wooden or silicone spatulas. After use, wash the mold by hand with a mild detergent and dry it.

Constructed from carbon steel and featuring a non-stick PFTE coating, this tray allows for easier baking and clean up. Oven safe up to 230 degrees. Hand washable only but easy to clean due to the non-stick coating.
