Seachem Safe 250 g

Safe is a comprehensive and highly concentrated dry conditioner designed for both fresh and saltwater aquariums. It effectively removes chlorine and chloramines, while also detoxifying ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates. Unlike other products on the market, Safe is not acidic and will not affect the pH level in your tank.

One of the key benefits for reef hobbyists is that Safe does not overactivate skimmers, ensuring a safe and balanced environment for your fish. It can be used during the cycling process to reduce the toxicity of ammonia and nitrites. The binder in Safe makes these toxic compounds non-toxic, allowing the bio-filter to remove them more efficiently.

We recommend using Safe at the beginning of the cycle and whenever you add or change water in your tank. For transporting and quarantining fish, we recommend using StressGuard by Seachem. When adding new fish, we suggest using Stability. These two products are ideally paired with Safe for optimal results.
