The Wellwoman 50+ is formulated to support the nutritional needs of women in this age group, considering the changes that occur during menopause and the overall aging process. The B vitamins are essential for energy production, the functioning of the nervous system, and the maintenance of normal psychological function. Vitamin D is important for the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, which are necessary for the maintenance of healthy bones. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that supports the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Iron is vital for the formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport in the body.
