Schezwan sauce is a fiery blend of pure red chillies and garlic It is suitable for making spicy stir-Fried Chinese preparations You can use it for cooking both the vegetarian as well as non- veg food items Keep in cool, dry and hygenic place away from direct sunlight at room temprature. Ingredients Water, Red Chilli, Sugar, Garlic, Sunflower Oil, Tomato Paste, Salt, Corn Starch, Acetic Acid (Acidifying Agent, E260), Sesame Seeds, Xanthan Gum (Emulsifying and Stabilizing Agent, E415), Disodium 5-guanylate, Disodium 5-inosinate (flavour Enhancer, 627, 631), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative, E211) and Spices (Celery, Cumin, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon). Directions Heat oil in a work (frying pan) on high flame, add vegetables stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add chings secret schezwan stir-fry sauce with ricenoodles stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
